How we make sure AI never surprises you.
Every assistant we build follows the same safety rules, no matter which business it works for. This page walks through exactly what those rules do, in plain language, with a real example.
A real example.
Say a customer texts a business at 9pm. Here's exactly what happens, step by step.
A routine question gets an answer right away.
The customer asks what time the business opens tomorrow. The assistant answers instantly, in the business's own voice — no waiting until morning.
A sensitive question waits for a person.
The same customer then asks about pricing. The assistant drafts a reply, but it doesn't send it yet. Anything sensitive — pricing, money, commitments, campaigns — goes to a person to review and approve first.
Every conversation gets written down.
Reading the message, drafting a reply, sending it — whether instantly or once approved — each of those is written down as it happens. If anyone ever needs to check exactly what happened and when, the answer is a lookup, not a guess.
The assistant only sees what it needs to.
It can only read and use information for that one customer, for that one business. It never has access to any other client's information.
It can be turned off instantly.
If a business owner ever wants to pause or stop an assistant, it happens right away — any time, for any reason, without affecting anything else running for that business.
Nothing changes without being re-tested first.
Before we ever change what an assistant says or does, we test the new version against real past situations first. It has to get every one of them right before we use it with a client.
Why we built it this way.
AI that works for a business needs the same accountability a new employee would have: someone checks the important stuff, there's a record of what was done, and there's always a way to stop and start over. We treat those rules as non-negotiable, not as an upgrade you have to ask for.
Common questions.
01Can the AI ever send a message on its own, without approval?
Routine messages, yes — those go out instantly. Anything sensitive, like pricing, money, or commitments, always waits for a person to review and approve first.
02What if the AI gets something wrong?
Because a person checks anything sensitive before it's sent, and every conversation is recorded, most mistakes get caught early and we can always look back at exactly what happened.
03Can a business owner stop an assistant themselves?
Yes. Any assistant can be paused or turned off instantly, at any time, for any reason.
04Do you test changes before using them with a client?
Yes. Before we change how an assistant behaves, we test it against real past situations, and it has to pass every time before we use the change with a client.
