Program description
IO Studio LLC (“IO Studio”) sends SMS/text messages to clients and prospective clients who have opted in. Messages include appointment reminders and confirmations, service and project notifications, replies to your inquiries, and occasional updates about services you have engaged us for.
Opt-in
You consent to receive text messages from IO Studio when you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted by SMS — for example, through a form on io-studio.ai, by texting us first, or by giving verbal or written consent during onboarding. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions and the services you have engaged. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again or reply START.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
